Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of PostedIt (postedit.app), operated by Laurel Beard LLC, a Georgia limited liability company ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use PostedIt.

What PostedIt Is

PostedIt is a content logging tool. It allows you to log, store, search, and retrieve records of content you have already published on social media and other platforms. PostedIt does not post content to social media on your behalf. It does not connect to or integrate with social media platform APIs. It is a manual logging and retrieval tool only.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You may not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of others without their consent. You must be at least 13 years old to use PostedIt.

Subscription and Billing

PostedIt offers a 7-day free trial with no credit card required. After the trial period, continued access requires a paid subscription. We offer monthly ($4.99/month) and annual ($47/year) billing options. Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.

Your Content

You own the content you log in PostedIt. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store and display it to you within the application. We do not claim ownership of your content. We do not share your content with other users. We do not use your content for marketing, training, or any purpose other than operating the service for you.

You are responsible for ensuring that the content you log does not violate any third-party rights, including copyright. Do not log content that you do not have the right to store.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use PostedIt to store illegal content, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data, to reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the application, to use automated tools to scrape or bulk-extract data from the service, or to engage in any activity that disrupts or degrades the service for other users.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or use PostedIt in a way that harms other users or the service. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at laurel@laurelbeard.org.

Disclaimer of Warranties

PostedIt is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost. You use PostedIt at your own risk.

We strongly recommend using the Export Backup feature regularly to maintain your own copy of your data.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Laurel Beard LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of business, arising out of or related to your use of PostedIt. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of PostedIt shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Georgia.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of PostedIt after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
